เงื่อนไขการได้รับบัตรกำนัลเงินสด 500 บาท
สำหรับนำไปใช้เป็นส่วนลดเมื่อรับประทานอาหารที่ House of Emily

  1. เมื่อซื้อสินค้า Emily’s ผ่านช่องทาง LINE MAN ครบ 550 บาทสุทธิ ต่อ 1 คำสั่งซื้อ รับบัตรกำนัลเงินสดมูลค่า 500 บาท สำหรับใช้เป็นส่วนลดค่าอาหารที่ร้าน House of Emily เมื่อมียอดค่าอาหารขั้นต่ำ 500 บาท (ก่อนค่าบริการและภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม)  โดยมีจำนวนจำกัด 750 สิทธิ์ ตลอดระยะเวลาแคมเปญ 

  2. ระยะเวลาโปรโมชัน ตั้งแต่วันที่ 15 - 21 กรกฎาคม 2569 หรือจนกว่าสิทธิ์จะครบตามจำนวนที่กำหนด 

  3. จำกัดการรับสิทธิ์สูงสุด 1 บัตรกำนัลเงินสด ต่อท่าน ต่อวัน โดยหากมีการสั่งซื้อครบ 550 บาทขึ้นไป มากกว่า 1 คำสั่งซื้อภายในวันเดียวกัน จะได้รับสิทธิ์เพียง 1 บัตรกำนัลเงินสดเท่านั้น 

  4. สิทธิ์การได้รับบัตรกำนัลเงินสดจะพิจารณาจากข้อความที่แสดงบนหน้าสรุปคำสั่งซื้อในแอปพลิเคชัน LINE MAN เท่านั้น โดยคำสั่งซื้อที่ได้รับสิทธิ์จะต้องมีข้อความระบุว่าได้รับบัตรกำนัลเงินสดจากรายการส่งเสริมการขาย หากไม่มีข้อความดังกล่าว จะถือว่าไม่ได้รับสิทธิ์ 

  5. บัตรกำนัลเงินสดมีอายุการใช้งานถึงวันที่ 31 สิงหาคม 2569 และไม่สามารถขยายระยะเวลาการใช้งานได้ไม่ว่ากรณีใด ๆ  

  6. บัตรกำนัลเงินสดใช้เป็นส่วนลดค่าอาหารสำหรับการรับประทานภายในร้าน House of Emily เท่านั้น โดยสามารถใช้ได้เฉพาะค่าอาหารในเมนูราคาปกติ ไม่รวมค่าเครื่องดื่ม เมนูโปรโมชั่น เมนูราคาพิเศษ ชุดโปรโมชัน ส่วนลดสมาชิก หรือรายการส่งเสริมการขายอื่น ๆ ที่บริษัทกำหนด 

  7. ผู้ใช้สิทธิ์สามารถสำรองที่นั่งเพื่อใช้สิทธิ์ตามรายการส่งเสริมการขายผ่านช่องทางใดช่องทางหนึ่ง ดังต่อไปนี้

  8. บริษัทฯ แนะนำให้ผู้ใช้สิทธิ์สำรองที่นั่งล่วงหน้า โดยการสำรองที่นั่งจะถือว่าสมบูรณ์เมื่อได้รับการยืนยันการจองจากทางร้านเรียบร้อยแล้ว ทั้งนี้ การใช้สิทธิ์ขึ้นอยู่กับจำนวนที่นั่งว่างและเงื่อนไขการให้บริการของร้านในแต่ละช่วงเวลา ซึ่งเป็นไปตามนโยบายของ House of Emily 

  9. ผู้ใช้สิทธิ์ต้องแสดงบัตรกำนัลเงินสด และแจ้งพนักงานก่อนทำการสั่งอาหารทุกครั้ง บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับการแสดงสิทธิ์ผ่านภาพถ่าย ภาพหน้าจอ หรือสำเนาใด ๆ 

  10. จำนวนผู้เข้าใช้บริการต่อโต๊ะจะเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดและดุลยพินิจของร้าน House of Emily โดยพิจารณาจากจำนวนผู้เข้าใช้บริการและความพร้อมในการให้บริการในแต่ละช่วงเวลา ทั้งนี้ สามารถใช้สิทธิ์ได้ตั้งแต่ 1 ท่านขึ้นไป และทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการจัดสรรขนาดโต๊ะและจำนวนที่นั่งตามความเหมาะสม 

  11. จำกัดการใช้บัตรกำนัลเงินสด สูงสุด 1 สิทธิ์ ต่อ 1 ใบเสร็จ ต่อ 1 โต๊ะ ต่อการเข้าใช้บริการ โดยไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับรายการส่งเสริมการขาย ส่วนลด คูปอง หรือสิทธิพิเศษอื่นของบริษัทในรายการสั่งซื้อเดียวกันได้  

  12. บัตรกำนัลเงินสดสามารถใช้เป็นส่วนลดค่าอาหารได้สูงสุด 500 บาทต่อสิทธิ์ กรณีมูลค่าค่าอาหารสูงกว่า 500 บาท ผู้ใช้สิทธิ์จะต้องชำระส่วนต่างที่เกินจากมูลค่าบัตรกำนัลเงินสด ทั้งนี้ ผู้ใช้สิทธิ์จะต้องชำระค่าบริการ (Service Charge) และภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (VAT) ที่เกิดขึ้นจากยอดค่าอาหาร รวมถึงค่าใช้จ่ายอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง (หากมี) ด้วยตนเอง 

  13. บัตรกำนัลเงินสดเป็นสิทธิ์เฉพาะสมาชิกผู้ได้รับสิทธิ์เท่านั้น ไม่สามารถโอน จำหน่าย มอบ ให้ยืม แลกเปลี่ยน ทอน หรือคืนเป็นเงินสด รวมถึงไม่สามารถให้บุคคลอื่นใช้แทนได้  

  14. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกบัตรกำนัลเงินสด ที่ถูกนำไปจำหน่าย แลกเปลี่ยน แจกต่อ ประมูล หรือใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์ทุกกรณี  

  15. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลง แก้ไข ระงับ หรือยกเลิกรายละเอียด เงื่อนไข และสิทธิประโยชน์ของรายการส่งเสริมการขายโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า และคำตัดสินของบริษัทฯ ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุดในทุกกรณี 

  16. พนักงาน บริษัท เอ็นพีทีดับเบิ้ลยู เอ็นเตอร์ไพรส์ จำกัด และบริษัทในเครือ ไม่มีสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมรายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้    

  17. เงื่อนไขการสำรองที่นั่งและการใช้บริการ เป็นไปตามนโยบายและข้อกำหนดของร้าน House of Emily

Terms & Conditions

  1. Purchase Emily's products via LINE MAN with a minimum net spend of THB 550 per order and receive one cash voucher valued at THB 500, redeemable as a discount at House of Emily with a minimum food spending of THB 500 (exclusive of Service Charge and Tax). A total of 750 cash vouchers are available throughout the campaign period. 

  2. The promotion is valid from 15 – 21 July 2026, or until all 750 cash vouchers have been fully claimed, whichever comes first. 

  3. Each customer is entitled to receive a maximum of one cash voucher per day. If multiple qualifying orders of THB 550 or more are placed on the same day, only one cash voucher will be issued. 

  4. Eligibility to receive the cash voucher shall be determined solely based on the message displayed on the LINE MAN order summary page. Only orders displaying a confirmation message indicating that the customer has received the cash voucher will be eligible. Orders without such confirmation shall not be entitled to receive the cash voucher. 

  5. The cash voucher is valid until 31 August 2026 and cannot be extended under any circumstances. 

  6. The cash voucher is valid for dine-in only at the House of Emily. It is applicable to regular-priced food items only and cannot be used for beverages, promotional items, special-priced menus, set menus, member discounts, or any other promotional offers as determined by the Company. 

  7. Table reservations for cash voucher redemption can be made through any of the following channels: 

  8. Reservations are recommended to ensure table availability. A reservation shall be considered confirmed only upon confirmation by House of Emily and shall remain subject to seating availability and the restaurant's operating policies. 

  9. Customers must present their cash voucher and notify restaurant staff before placing their order. Photographs, printed copies, or any other reproduced versions of the coupon will not be accepted. 

  10. Seating arrangements and table allocation are subject to the restaurant's discretion based on the number of guests and operational capacity.  

  11. A maximum of one cash voucher used per receipt, per table, per visit. The coupon cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, coupons, or privileges within the same transaction. 

  12. The cash voucher provides a maximum discount of THB 500 per redemption. Any amount exceeding the voucher value must be paid by the guest. Service Charge, VAT, and any other applicable fees remain the responsibility of the guest. 

  13. The cash voucher is non-transferable and is valid only for the eligible member who redeemed it. It may not be sold, exchanged, assigned, lent, redeemed for cash, or used by another person. 

  14. The Company reserves the right to cancel any cash voucher found to have been sold, exchanged, distributed, auctioned, or otherwise used for commercial purposes. 

  15. The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion, including its terms, conditions, and benefits, without prior notice. The Company's decision shall be final in all cases. 

  16. Employees of NPTW Enterprise Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies are not eligible to participate in this promotion. 

  17. Table reservations and restaurant services are subject to the standard terms, conditions, and policies of House of Emily.
