TERMS AND CONDITIONS

5 Emily's membership points are redeemable for one THB 1,000 E-Cash Voucher. The E-Cash Voucher shall be valid as a discount at House of Emily with a minimum food spending of THB 1,000 (exclusive of Service Charge and Tax). Redemption is limited to 1,500 E-Cash Vouchers throughout the Campaign Period. 

The redemption period is 11 – 31 July 2026, or until all available redemption rights have been fully claimed, whichever comes first. 

The E-Cash Voucher is valid for 45 days from the date of redemption and cannot be extended under any circumstances. 

The E-Cash Voucher is valid for dine-in only at House of Emily. It is applicable to regular-priced food items only and cannot be used for beverages, promotional items, special-priced menus, set menus, member discounts, or any other promotional offers as determined by the Company. 

Table reservations for E-Cash Voucher redemption can be made through any of the following channels:

Reservations are recommended to ensure table availability. A reservation shall be considered confirmed only upon confirmation by House of Emily and shall remain subject to seating availability and the restaurant's operating policies. 

Emily’s members must present their E-Cash Voucher through the Company's designated system and notify restaurant staff before placing their order. Screenshots, photographs, printed copies, or any other reproduced versions of the E-Cash Voucher will not be accepted. 

Seating arrangements and table allocation are subject to the restaurant's discretion based on the number of guests and operational capacity. The E-Cash Voucher may be used by parties of one guest or more. 

A maximum of one E-Cash Voucher used per receipt, per table, per visit. The E-Cash Voucher cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, coupons, privileges, or another member's E-Cash Voucher within the same transaction. 

The E-Cash Voucher provides a maximum discount of THB 1,000 per redemption. Any amount exceeding the voucher value must be paid by the guest. Service Charge, VAT, and any other applicable fees remain the responsibility of the guest. 

The E-Cash Voucher is non-transferable and is valid only for the eligible member who redeemed it. It may not be sold, exchanged, assigned, lent, redeemed for cash, or used by another person. 

Redeemed points are non-refundable under all circumstances. 

The Company reserves the right to verify member information prior to redemption and may refuse voucher usage if the member's information does not match the Company's records. 

The Company reserves the right to cancel any E-Cash Voucher found to have been sold, exchanged, distributed, auctioned, or otherwise used for commercial purposes. 

The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion, including its terms, conditions, and benefits, without prior notice. The Company's decision shall be final in all cases. 

Employees of NPTW Enterprise Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies are not eligible to participate in this promotion. 

Table reservations and restaurant services are subject to the standard terms, conditions, and policies of House of Emily.
