From Emily's cherished homemade shredded chicken noodles to a Thai restaurant that extends a warm invitation to all, House of Emily is now officially open at YARD 49 Community Mall, Sukhumvit 49, with the aim of crafting dining experiences that will be fondly remembered.

House of Emily marks an important step in offering customers a deeper journey, not only through the secret family recipes but also through the heartfelt dining experience created by co-founders (Peb) Naiyanachanok Patamasingh Na Ayutthaya and (Pat)Thaparat Waerojruedee

“Creating House of Emily comes from our desire to elevate our well-loved Shredded Chicken Noodles into a more diverse and exciting culinary experience. We want people to truly understand the essence of Emily’s—our perspective, personality, lifestyle, hospitality, and the food we love. Every dish is crafted to reflect Emily in every dimension, as if inviting our guests into our own home to share a meal with us. Alongside these unique creations are signature dishes and secret recipes, family flavors reimagined with creativity, authenticity, and a modern twist, resulting in a dining experience that is truly distinctive.”

Trust the chef: Transforming into something more exceptional

House of Emily presents “Trust the Chef,” an intimate tasting journey created to reflect the essence of the restaurant. Each course is crafted with precision and designed to move gracefully from one to the next, with the delicate sen mee rice noodles serving as the centerpiece of the experience.

To enhance the menu, bespoke cocktails and mocktails are paired with every dish. Each is prepared with Emily's signature tea featuring a delightful blend of peach, lychee, and honey jasmine, carefully chosen to complement the flavors and enrich the dining journey. With only eight seats available per round and four rounds offered each day, the experience is both personal and exclusive.

À La Carte: Dining with a Story

For guests who prefer à la carte dining, House of Emily offers a warm yet refined setting with attentive service. The menu features family treasures such as “Emily in Bangkok,” Grandmother’s Sen Mee Noodles with Crab; “River Prawn Tom Yum,” Sen Mee Noodles with Lobster and Chili Dip Sauce; and “The Ba-Anna,” a cherished recipe from khun Peb's mother, is for "Klauy Buad Chee," the traditional Thai dessert of poached bananas in coconut milk. Alongside these beloved classics are contemporary creations in which Emily’s signature noodles are paired with seasonal Thai ingredients and premium ingredients. Each dish is crafted to honor heritage while presenting a modern twist that feels both distinctive and memorable.

House of Emily believes this will signify a notable advancement and evolution of Thai cuisine, representing a true Thai food revolution rooted in cherished family recipes, prepared with affection, diligence, and meticulous attention to detail.
