Job Descriptions
Prepare and maintain employee documents such as employment contracts, personnel records, and performance evaluation forms.
Maintain and update employee databases (HRIS / Excel).
Prepare documentation related to onboarding and offboarding processes.
Review attendance records, including absences, leave, and lateness, and submit data to the Payroll team.
Coordinate matters related to social security, provident fund, and other employee benefits.
Respond to employees’ basic inquiries regarding benefits and entitlements.
Post job advertisements on various recruitment channels.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare employment offer letters.
Assist in organizing internal activities such as training sessions, town halls, and team-building events.
Manage internal communication within the organization.
Support other HR projects as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in an HR Admin role (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome).
Detail-oriented with strong document management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
