Job Descriptions

  • Prepare and maintain employee documents such as employment contracts, personnel records, and performance evaluation forms. 

  • Maintain and update employee databases (HRIS / Excel). 

  • Prepare documentation related to onboarding and offboarding processes. 

  • Review attendance records, including absences, leave, and lateness, and submit data to the Payroll team. 

  • Coordinate matters related to social security, provident fund, and other employee benefits. 

  • Respond to employees’ basic inquiries regarding benefits and entitlements. 

  • Post job advertisements on various recruitment channels. 

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers. 

  • Prepare employment offer letters. 

  • Assist in organizing internal activities such as training sessions, town halls, and team-building events. 

  • Manage internal communication within the organization. 

  • Support other HR projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 

  • At least 1 year of experience in an HR Admin role (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome). 

  • Detail-oriented with strong document management skills. 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. 

  • Good communication and coordination skills. 

  • Able to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
