Analyze job requirements, manage job postings, screen applicants, conduct interviews, and onboard new hires.
Ensure timely recruitment of qualified personnel to meet organizational needs.
Develop and manage the annual workforce planning and budget.
Create and maintain organizational charts and job descriptions for all departments.
Manage organizational development projects and HR systems, ensuring efficiency and meeting company goals.
Oversee employee databases, HR technology, and reporting systems. Design long-term training programs (TRM) and manage annual training plans.
Lead performance management (PMS) and align it with organizational KPIs.
Develop succession plans and provide career development opportunities.
Manage compensation structures and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Review payroll processes, including overtime and additional compensation.
Build, improve, and implement employee benefits programs such as provident funds, health insurance, and other welfare initiatives.
Maintain compliance with labor regulations, manage employee relations, and uphold company policies.
Organize employee engagement activities and handle workplace relations to maintain a positive environment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or related field.
3 years plus of experience in HR manager, talent management, and employee relations.
Experience managing cross-functional HR teams and HR systems (EMPEO).
Proven leadership in organizational development and compliance management.
Experience in the F&B industry is a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of recruitment, training, and compensation processes.
Ability to manage employee relations and ensure legal compliance.
Proficiency in HR technology and data management systems.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
