Senior Human Resource Manager

Job Descriptions

  • Analyze job requirements, manage job postings, screen applicants, conduct interviews, and onboard new hires. 

  • Ensure timely recruitment of qualified personnel to meet organizational needs. 

  • Develop and manage the annual workforce planning and budget. 

  • Create and maintain organizational charts and job descriptions for all departments. 

  • Manage organizational development projects and HR systems, ensuring efficiency and meeting company goals. 

  • Oversee employee databases, HR technology, and reporting systems. Design long-term training programs (TRM) and manage annual training plans. 

  • Lead performance management (PMS) and align it with organizational KPIs. 

  • Develop succession plans and provide career development opportunities. 

  • Manage compensation structures and ensure compliance with labor laws. 

  • Review payroll processes, including overtime and additional compensation. 

  • Build, improve, and implement employee benefits programs such as provident funds, health insurance, and other welfare initiatives. 

  • Maintain compliance with labor regulations, manage employee relations, and uphold company policies. 

  • Organize employee engagement activities and handle workplace relations to maintain a positive environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or related field. 

  • 3 years plus of experience in HR manager, talent management, and employee relations. 

  • Experience managing cross-functional HR teams and HR systems (EMPEO). 

  • Proven leadership in organizational development and compliance management. 

  • Experience in the F&B industry is a strong advantage.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment, training, and compensation processes. 

  • Ability to manage employee relations and ensure legal compliance. 

  • Proficiency in HR technology and data management systems. 

  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
