Identify and approach potential partners such as hotels, event organizers, wedding planners, and corporate clients to offer Emily’s catering services.
Collaborate with internal teams (kitchen, logistics, customer service) to plan and execute catering orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Collaborate with an internal team to operate catering service.
Work closely with internal teams to align objectives with sales and brand goals.
Coordinate and execute event plans to operate pop-up booths across Bangkok and key provinces.
Facilitate booth setup team to ensure on-time, fully functional booth deployment.
Analyze foot traffic data, customer behavior, and sales performance.
Provide pre- and post-event reports, including ROI, sales trends, and customer insights.
Support the Head of Event in executing daily tasks and strategic plans, with a can-do attitude and strong follow-through.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1-2 years of proven experience in an F&B event popup or catering business is a strong plus.
The ideal candidate possesses strong event operations and on-ground execution skills within F&B or retail environments, ensuring seamless booth rollouts and daily activations.
They must demonstrate excellent relationship management abilities when working with external stakeholders.
A data-driven mindset is essential, with the ability to interpret sales performance, traffic data, and market trends to drive location-based decisions.
High attention to detail and strong multitasking capabilities are required to manage multiple events or booths simultaneously across different locations.
Effective team and vendor management under tight timelines is critical to success in this role.
Familiarity with the event landscape in Bangkok and key provinces, including local consumer behavior and relevant regulations, is a strong advantage.
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences at every touchpoint is a must.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in Thai and English.
